The tower belt machine delivered this time will be used in the construction of the Trojena tourism project in Saudi Arabia's NEOM new city. The project is one of the core projects of Saudi Arabia's 2030 plan and is also the venue for the 2029 Asian Winter Games. ZOOMLION and its customer NFT company, in response to the dam construction needs in the project, after 120 days of customized efforts, the R&D team has achieved a breakthrough in the modular integrated design of the entire system of the tower belt machine, and achieved one-time tower erection, commissioning, and successful testing.

As a new type of concrete pouring equipment, the tower belt machine combines a tower crane and a belt conveyor to achieve multiple uses. ZOOMLION's R2300-64-TB40 tower crane has a maximum lifting torque of 2300t·m, a rated lifting capacity of 64t, a maximum independent height of 94m, a maximum pouring distance of 105m, and a maximum conveying capacity of 400m³/h. It has strong continuous pouring capacity, high efficiency, and a wide range of operations, which can fully meet the needs of project construction. At the same time, ZOOMLION innovatively adopts a multi-purpose adaptation system for climbing frames and a dual-operation source control system to achieve a "high safety + high intelligence" dual-wheel drive.
